La Deakin University posee Campus en las tres ciudades australianas mensionadas arriba. También en Geelong, la Deakin posee el Waterfront Campus que cuenta con más de 1200 estudiantes, y ofrece cursos en las áreas de Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Architecture y Construction Management.

El Warrnambool Campus, en la ciudad del mismo nombre, es considerado el más bonito de Australia. El Campus posee una área de 114 hectáreas, toda plantada y con incontables especies de plantas y flores. Ese hábitat atrae centenares de pájaros para las dependencias del campus, siendo considerado por los estudiantes el más informal y interesante de estudiarse.
